Ms. Ursula Burns is the first African American Woman to lead a major US corporation (XEROX). Her rise to the top should serve as inspiration and if this doesn't prove that you are free to wear your natural hair and succeed in corporate America, then nothing will. So ladies who fear that their natural hair might hold them back, look to Ms. Burns and be fearless. I've posted a link to an article about Ms. Burns who is also a working mother!
